How long does shipping take?

• For deliveries within Germany, shipping takes 2-3 days.
• For deliveries to Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, and Cyprus, shipping takes 4-5 days.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping within Germany costs €6,99.

Shipping to Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, and Cyprus costs a flat rate of €16,49 (including VAT) per order.

Shipping to the united Kingdom and Switzerland costs a flat rate of €26,99 (including VAT) per order.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise that are not within our control and must be borne by you. These may include charges for money transfers by credit institutions (e.g., bank transfer fees, currency conversion fees) or import duties and taxes (e.g., customs duties). Where is my order?

After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive another email with a tracking code to track your order.

Returns

How do I return an item?

To initiate a return, please email us at furseazon@gmail.com and include your order number and the items you wish to return. We will create a return label and send it to you via email. The return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount for the items. For Germany: €6.99, For all other EU countries: €16.49, For the United Kingdom and Switzerland: €26.99

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be processed immediately and no later than 14 days after we receive your cancellation notice. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you provide proof of return, whichever is earlier.
