How long does shipping take?

  • For deliveries within Germany, shipping takes 2-3 days.
  • For deliveries to Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, and Cyprus, shipping takes 4-5 days.
  • The international shipping takes 6-12 days.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping within Germany costs €5,95.

Shipping to Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, and Cyprus costs a flat rate of €19,49 (including VAT) per order.

Shipping to the united Kingdom, Switzerland, Serbia and Norway costs a flat rate of €29,99 (including VAT) per order.

The international shipping costs a flate rate of €35,95 (including VAT) per order.

    For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise that are not within our control and must be borne by you. These may include charges for money transfers by credit institutions (e.g., bank transfer fees, currency conversion fees) or import duties and taxes (e.g., customs duties).     Where is my order?

    After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive another email with a tracking code to track your order.

    Returns

    All of our coats are made to order and individually manufactured after your order has been placed and payment has been received.

    As each piece is specially made for your order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

    Please note that each coat is individually crafted and may vary slightly in colour, texture, appearance, and material composition. Due to the nature of the materials used and the individual manufacturing process, no two pieces are exactly alike. These natural variations are part of the unique character of each item and are not considered defects.

    By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that your item is made to order and that variations in colour, texture, materials, and overall appearance may occur.
