Right of Withdrawal

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. In this case, you will be refunded the purchase price of the items. Please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send an email to furseazon@gmail.com with the following information:

• Your first and last name
• Your order number
• The items you wish to return

Once you request a return, you will receive a confirmation email. You can then create the return label yourself. The return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount of the items.

Please note that all returns must be sent exclusively via DHL. We do not accept liability for returns shipped with any other carrier. In the event that a return sent via a different transport provider is lost or not delivered, we cannot assume responsibility or issue a refund. 

Once we receive the items in perfect condition, we will refund the purchase price of the items, minus the return shipping costs, within 14 days. Please ensure that the products are returned with all accessories, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Please note: Discounted items and sale products are excluded from exchange. Returns are only possible in the form of store credit – refunds are not available.
